  • Perform at least 8 repetitions.

  • Hold a dumbbell in each hand.
  • Position the dumbbells parallel to your shoulders.
  • Straighten your arms and align the dumbbells.
  • Perform the exercise by lifting your hands up and then making a rotating motion when your hands are in the top position.
  • Perform at least 8 repetitions.

5. Lying Skull Crusher

  • Lie down in a neutral position, holding a barbell with your palms facing up, gripping the barbell tightly.
