SVRG PRODUCT WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS

SVRG warranty is provided as a commitment to product quality. Please read all the following Terms & Conditions before submitting a warranty claim.

GENERAL WARRANTY PROVISIONS

  1. Shipping Policy
    • All shipping costs related to warranty claims are borne by the customer, both for delivery to SVRG and return delivery to the customer's address.
    • Exceptions only apply if the damage is proven to be caused by shipping errors or internal SVRG errors.
  2. Storage Limit for Goods
    • Products that have been repaired or replaced and are not collected or confirmed within 3 (three) months of notification will be considered abandoned.
    • In such conditions, SVRG reserves the right to take further action in accordance with company policy.
  3. Spare Part Replacement
    • Any spare part replacement during the warranty period requires the return of the old spare part as part of the verification process.
    • If the old spare part is not returned, the warranty claim may be canceled.

WARRANTY REGISTRATION DEADLINE

To activate the warranty, customers are required to register the product within the following deadlines (calculated from the date the item was received):

  • 7-day warranty → registration maximum D+1 after item received.
  • 30-day warranty → registration maximum D+7 after item received.
  • 90-day warranty → registration maximum D+15 after item received.
  • 180-day warranty → registration maximum D+30 after item received.

If registration is done past the above deadline, then the warranty is considered inactive / invalid.

WARRANTY CATEGORIES BASED ON PRODUCT MATERIAL

1. Fabric Products

  • Warranty Period: 7 x 24 hours after product received (Defect on Arrival / DOA).
  • Warranty Coverage: Loose stitching upon receipt; Material defects (torn or holed); Incomplete accessories (zippers, buttons, etc.).
  • Not Covered by Warranty: Damage due to washing; Tears due to use; Odor or stains due to use; Products already used (normal wear and tear).
  • Warranty Solution: New unit replacement (1 for 1).

2. Weight / Iron / Steel Products

  • Warranty Period: Structural damage (broken/bent): 12 months; Rubber coating or paint: 14 days (manufacturing defect).
  • Warranty Coverage: Bent handle; Loose dumbbell head; Weight not precise outside of factory tolerance.
  • Not Covered by Warranty: Rust; Paint chipping due to impact; Cosmetic dents from use.
  • Warranty Solution: Unit replacement or replacement of specific components.

3. Inflatable Products

  • Warranty Period: 7 days (initial leakage).
  • Warranty Coverage: Leaks at seams; Damaged valve or nozzle.
  • Not Covered by Warranty: Leaks due to punctures; Damage from over-inflation; Deformation due to sun exposure; Wear and tear from use.
  • Warranty Solution: Unit replacement (with leak verification).

4. Plastic Products

  • A. Low-Grade Plastic (PP, hard PVC, thin PE)
    • Warranty Period: 7–14 days
    • Warranty Coverage: Factory molding defects; Fine cracks without impact marks; Parts that cannot be assembled from the start
    • Not Covered by Warranty: Breakage due to drops or impacts; Damage due to overloading; Scratches/abrasions/discoloration from use
    • Warranty Solution: Unit replacement
  • B. Mid-Grade Plastic (ABS, TPE, premium PVC)
    • Warranty Period: 30 days
    • Warranty Coverage: Factory-born deformation; Serious molding defects; Cracks without impact
    • Not Covered by Warranty: Dents due to pressure; Heat damage; Incorrect storage
    • Warranty Solution: Unit replacement
  • C. High-Grade Plastic / Engineering Plastics
    • Warranty Period: 60–90 days (depending on product)
    • Warranty Coverage: Cracks without impact; Defects in production joints; Damage during first installation without excessive force
    • Not Covered by Warranty: Damage due to drops/impacts; Over-tightening of bolts; Exposure to chemicals or excessive heat
    • Warranty Solution: Unit replacement

5. Wooden Products

  • Warranty Period: 6 months.
  • Warranty Coverage: Loose joints; Cracks or material deformation.
  • Not Covered by Warranty: Damage due to impact; Wood damage due to water; Wear and tear of wheels or moving components.
  • Warranty Solution: Repair, spare part replacement, or unit replacement.

6. Heavy Equipment / Large Machines

  • Warranty Period: Iron frame: Lifetime; Wooden frame: 2 years; Motor/dynamo: 1 year; Spare parts: 1 year.
  • Warranty Coverage: Machine function damage; Factory defects; Damage during shipping (unboxing video required).
  • Not Covered by Warranty: Damage due to unstable electricity; Lack of routine maintenance; Liquids/sweat coming into contact with electronics; Misuse/modification/overload; Absence of proof of purchase or unboxing video.

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Warranty does not cover normal wear & tear.
  • SVRG reserves the right to reject claims that do not meet the above conditions.
  • Warranty decisions are final based on the verification results by the SVRG team.
