1. New Product Warranty (Wrong Item Sent / Damaged Upon Receipt)
- Products received damaged, with manufacturing defects, or not as ordered will be replaced with new items.
- Submit a claim within a maximum of 7 days after the order is received by including photos/videos as proof.
2. Usage Warranty
- If the product is damaged during use within the 12-month warranty period from the date of product receipt, a claim can be processed after the product is registered.
- The SVRG Team will verify before the warranty process is carried out.
