Shipping policy

Order delivery is made after payment is verified. Customer can check order status on order history.
Your order will be processed on the day and the working hours fit the existing antrian.
All orders will be processed in 1-3 working days but do not close the possibility the order will be sent to the Courier on the same day. To calculate the total length of delivery, the courier delivery time also needs to be considered.
We are not responsible for any delay caused by courier or force majeure error such as natural disaster, flood, riot etc.
Receipt number will be informed through our system through account, SMS and email.
Any loss caused by svrg.co.id error or the courier will be replaced 100 percent.
