2. Document Product Damage (Photos & Videos)
- Take photos and videos with bright lighting that clearly show the point of concern.
- Note: For defects on arrival, a complete unboxing video must be attached.
3. Upload Evidence to Google Drive / Dropbox
- Upload all photo and video evidence to cloud storage (Google Drive or Dropbox).
- Set the link access permission to "Anyone with the link".
4. Fill Out the Official Claim Submission Form
- Open the Submit Claim menu on the svrg.id/pages/garansi-produk page.
- Complete the order data, fill in the complaint details, and paste your Google Drive/Dropbox evidence link.
5. Verification & Follow-up by the SVRG Team
- The SVRG team will verify your claim. Once approved, the team will provide follow-up instructions in the form of part replacement, repair, or new unit replacement.
How do I activate the SVRG product warranty after receiving my item, and what are the requirements?
Warranty must be activated through self-registration on the official SVRG website before the specified deadline according to the product category (calculated from the date of receipt):
- 7-Day Warranty → Maximum D+1 registration.
- 30-Day Warranty → Maximum D+7 registration.
- 90-Day Warranty → Maximum D+15 registration.
- 180-day/12-month Warranty → Maximum D+30 registration.
Note: The warranty will be considered void/inactive if registration is done after the deadlines above.
