1. New Product Warranty (Wrong Shipment / Damaged Upon Receipt)
- Products that are damaged, have manufacturing defects, or do not match the order will be replaced with new items.
- Submit a claim within a maximum of 7 days after receiving the order by attaching photos/videos as proof.
2. Usage Warranty
- If the product is damaged during use within the 30-day warranty period from the date of receipt, the claim can be processed after the product has been registered.
- The SVRG team will verify before the warranty process is carried out.
