- Products received that are damaged, have manufacturing defects, or do not match the order will be replaced with new items.
- Submit a claim within a maximum of 7 days after the order is received by including photos/videos as proof.
2. Usage Warranty
- If the product is damaged during use within the 7-day warranty period from receipt, a claim can be processed after the product is registered.
- The SVRG team will conduct verification before the warranty process is carried out.
