SVRG WARRANTY
1. New Item Warranty (Wrong Delivery / Damaged Upon Receipt)
Products received damaged, with manufacturing defects, or not matching the order will be replaced with new items.
Submit a claim within a maximum of 7 days after receiving the order, providing photos/videos as proof.
2. Usage Warranty
If the product is damaged during use within the 1-year warranty period from the date of product receipt, a claim can be processed after the product has been registered.
The SVRG team will verify before the warranty process is carried out.
