Products received damaged, with manufacturing defects, or not as ordered will be replaced with new items.
Claims must be submitted within a maximum of 7 days after receiving the order, with photos/videos as proof.
2. Usage Warranty
If the product is damaged during use within the 7-day warranty period from receipt, claims can be processed after the product is registered.
The SVRG team will verify before the warranty process is carried out.
