SVRG WARRANTY
1. New Item Warranty (Wrong Delivery / Damaged Upon Receipt)
Products received damaged, with manufacturing defects, or not as ordered will be replaced with new items.
Submit a claim within a maximum of 7 days after the order is received, by attaching photos/videos as proof.
2. Usage Warranty
If the product is damaged during use within the 6-month warranty period from the date of receipt, claims can be processed after the product has been registered.
The SVRG team will verify before the warranty process is carried out.

The warranty does not cover damage due to incorrect use, installation, modification, impact, or use not in accordance with the instructions.
