SVRG WARRANTY
1. New Item Warranty (Wrong Delivery / Damaged Upon Receipt)
- Products received damaged, with manufacturing defects, or not as ordered will be replaced with new items.
- Submit a claim within a maximum of 7 days after the order is received, with photo/video evidence.
2. Usage Warranty
- If the product is damaged during use within the 1-month warranty period from the date of receipt, claims can be processed after the product has been registered.
- The SVRG team will verify before the warranty process is carried out.
