- Products received damaged, with manufacturing defects, or not as ordered will be replaced with new items.
- Claims must be submitted within a maximum of 7 days after the order is received, with photo/video evidence.
2. Usage Warranty
- If the product is damaged during use within the 14-day warranty period from receipt, claims can be processed after the product is registered.
- The SVRG team will verify before the warranty process is carried out.
