- Products received damaged, with manufacturing defects, or not as ordered will be replaced with new items.
- Submit a claim within a maximum of 7 days after receiving the order by attaching photos/videos as proof.
2. Usage Guarantee
- If the product is damaged during use within the 12-month warranty period from the date of product receipt, claims can be processed after the product has been registered.
- The SVRG team will verify before the warranty process is carried out.
