Products received damaged, with manufacturing defects, or not as ordered will be replaced with new items.
Submit a claim within a maximum of 7 days after the order is received by attaching photos/videos as proof.
Usage Warranty
If the product is damaged during use within the 1-year warranty period from the date of receipt, claims can be processed after the product has been registered.
The SVRG team will verify before the warranty process is carried out.
