1. New Item Warranty (Wrong Item Sent / Damaged Upon Receipt)

Products received damaged, with manufacturing defects, or not as ordered will be replaced with new items.

Submit a claim within a maximum of 7 days after receiving the order by including photos/videos as evidence.

2. Usage Warranty

If the product is damaged during use within the 7-day warranty period from the date of receipt, the claim can be processed after the product has been registered.

The SVRG team will verify before the warranty process is carried out.
