SVRG WARRANTY
1. New Item Warranty (Wrong Item Shipped / Damaged Upon Receipt)
- Products received damaged, with manufacturing defects, or not as ordered will be replaced with new items.
- Submit claims within a maximum of 7 days after the order is received by including photos/videos as evidence.
2. Usage Warranty
- If the product is damaged during use within the 7-day warranty period from when the product was received, a claim can be processed after the product is registered.
- The SVRG Team will verify before the warranty process is carried out.
