SVRG WARRANTY
1. New Item Warranty (Wrong Item Sent / Damaged Upon Receipt)
- Products received that are damaged, have manufacturing defects, or do not match the order will be replaced with a new item.
- Submit a claim within a maximum of 7 days after the order is received by providing photos/videos as proof.
2. Usage Warranty
- If the product is damaged during use within the 7-day warranty period from receipt, a claim can be processed after the product is registered.
- The SVRG team will perform verification before the warranty process is carried out.

- The warranty does not apply to damage caused by misuse, improper installation, modification, impact, or use inconsistent with the instructions.
