1. New Item Warranty (Wrong Item Sent / Damaged Upon Receipt)
• Products received damaged, with manufacturing defects, or not as ordered will be replaced with new items.
• Submit a claim within a maximum of 7 days after receiving the order by attaching photos/videos as proof.
2. Usage Warranty
• If the product is damaged during use within the 1-year warranty period from the date of receipt, the claim can be processed after the product has been registered.
• The SVRG Team will perform verification before the warranty process is carried out.
