SVRG WARRANTY
1. New Item Warranty (Wrong Item Sent / Damaged Upon Receipt)
Products received damaged, with manufacturing defects, or not as ordered will be replaced with a new item.
Submit a claim within a maximum of 7 days after receiving the order by attaching photos/videos as proof.
2. Usage Warranty
If the product is damaged during use within the 7-day warranty period from the date of product receipt, a claim can be processed after the product is registered.
The SVRG Team will verify before the warranty process is carried out.
