SVRG WARRANTY

1. New Item Warranty (Wrong Delivery / Damaged Upon Receipt)

- Products that are damaged, have manufacturing defects, or are not as ordered will be replaced with new items.

- Submit a claim within a maximum of 7 days after receiving the order by including photos/videos as proof.

2. Usage Warranty

- If the product is damaged during use within the 12-month warranty period from the date of product receipt, the claim can be processed after the product is registered.

- The SVRG team will verify before the warranty process is carried out.
