1. New Item Warranty (Wrong Item Sent / Damaged Upon Receipt)
- Products that are received damaged, have manufacturing defects, or do not match the order will be replaced with new items.
- Submit a claim a maximum of 7 days after the order is received by including photos/videos as proof.
2. Usage Warranty
- If the product is damaged during use within the 30-day warranty period from the date of receipt, the claim can be processed after the product is registered.
- The SVRG Team will conduct verification before the warranty process is carried out.
