SVRG WARRANTY
1. New Item Warranty (Wrong Delivery / Damaged Upon Receipt)
Products received damaged, with manufacturing defects, or not as ordered will be replaced with new items.
Submit claims within a maximum of 7 days after the order is received by providing photos/videos as proof.
2. Usage Warranty
If the product is damaged during use within the 7-day warranty period from the date of product receipt, the claim can be processed after the product is registered.
The SVRG team will verify before the warranty process is carried out.
Notes
The warranty does not apply to damage caused by misuse, improper installation, modification, impact, or use not in accordance with the instructions.
