QUALITY MATERIALS – With a weight capacity of 800 lbs and 12 Levels of Height, the rack is made of a 2" x 2" square premium steel frame with 2 3 1/4" long chrome locks on a 23" long chrome double mounted safety bar.. The bar will not bends due to its 190,000 PSI tensile strength, 1500 lb weight capacity, 1.2 mm knurl, and 8 needle bearings.

COMFORTABLE & SAFE – Cable pulley system with heavy duty nylon and chrome guides allows for smoother movement. The Leg Hold-down slides along the long safety bar for a more comfortable position. The height can also be adjusted. Equipped with aluminum collars that are safer and more durable than ordinary collars, our dumbbell bar and plate set is designed with a comfortable, safe grip and does not damage the floor because the plate material is made of rubber. So, the bounce rate is lower.

MULTIFUNCTIONAL – You can do a variety of exercises to work the muscles of the upper back, shoulders and arms (biceps and triceps) with exercises such as Weight training, Wide Let Pull-downs, Let Pull Over, Triceps Extensions, Pull Ups, Dips and many more.
