SVRG WARRANTY
1. New Product Warranty (Wrong Item Sent / Damaged Upon Receipt)
Products received damaged, with manufacturing defects, or not as ordered will be replaced with new items.
Submit a claim within a maximum of 7 days after the order is received by attaching photos/videos as proof.
2. Usage Warranty
If the product is damaged during use within the 7-day warranty period from the date of receipt, the claim can be processed after the product is registered.
The SVRG team will verify before the warranty process is carried out.

The warranty does not apply to damage due to misuse, improper installation, modification, impact, or use not in accordance with instructions.
