SVRG WARRANTY
1. New Item Warranty (Wrong Delivery / Damaged Upon Receipt)
- Products received damaged, with manufacturing defects, or not as ordered will be replaced with new items.
- Submit a claim within a maximum of 7 days after the order is received, along with photos/videos as proof.
2. Usage Warranty
- If the product is damaged during use within the 1-year warranty period from the date of receipt, the claim can be processed after the product is registered.
- The SVRG Team will conduct verification before the warranty process is carried out.
