WARNING

HOW TO USE
- Check the plate to make sure there are no cracks or damage to the plate.
- Place the barbell on a barbell rack or on the floor in a stable position.
- Select Calibrated Change Plates with the desired weight.
- Attach the Plate to the Barbell, you must hold the plate with both hands.
- Insert the plate hole at the end of the barbell slowly and carefully.
- Push the plate until it touches the previously installed plate or until it reaches the end of the barbell.
