Power Twisters

The Power Twister is a high-strength portable exercise device. Our Power Twisters help you to tone and strengthen your muscles to the fullest, and help you to train wherever and whenever you want. The Power Twister can be used for a variety of exercises such as chest, back, shoulder and arm exercises.

While other power twisters only have one level of resistance and you can't change the resistance according to the portion of the exercise, SVRG. The Power Twister gives you 3 different levels of resistance in 1 tool. You can adjust it according to your strength and training, starting from 20kg to 45kg. (We recommend starting from 20kg - 33kg for those just starting out)

Made of high quality carbon steel which is nearly indestructible. This material supports you to train intensely even at very high resistance / load levels.

It is equipped with a textured rubber grip that gives you a better or less slippery grip, and a thick wrist strap can give you added security when using the Power Twister.

Inside SVRG. The Power Twister has an inner spring, which functions as a safety guard to prevent the grip from slipping/breaking.

With a product weight of only 1 kg, you can practice anywhere. SVRG. You can use Power Twister in the office, bedroom, gym, or even while traveling.
