SVRG WARRANTY

1. New Item Warranty (Wrong Item Shipped / Damaged Upon Receipt)

Products received damaged, with manufacturing defects, or not according to the order will be replaced with a new item.

Submit a claim within a maximum of 7 days after the order is received by including photos/videos as proof.

2. Usage Warranty

If the product is damaged during use within the 12-month warranty period from the date of product receipt, a claim can be processed after the product is registered.

The SVRG team will verify before the warranty process is carried out.
