SVRG WARRANTY
1. New Item Warranty (Wrong Delivery / Damaged Upon Receipt)
Products received damaged, with manufacturing defects, or not as ordered will be replaced with new items.
Submit a claim within a maximum of 7 days after receiving the order by attaching photos/videos as proof.
2. Usage Warranty
If the product is damaged during use within the 60-day warranty period from the date of receipt, the claim can be processed after the product is registered.
The SVRG Team will perform verification before the warranty process is carried out.

The warranty does not apply to damage due to misuse, installation, modification, impact, or use not in accordance with instructions.
