1. New Item Warranty (Wrong Item / Damaged Upon Receipt)
Products received damaged, with manufacturing defects, or not as ordered will be replaced with new items.
Submit claims a maximum of 7 days after the order is received, including photos/videos as evidence.
2. Usage Warranty
If the product is damaged during use within the 14-day warranty period from the date of product receipt, claims can be processed after the product is registered.
The SVRG team will verify before processing the warranty.
