SVRG WARRANTY
1. New Product Warranty (Wrong Delivery / Damaged Upon Receipt)
Products received damaged, with manufacturing defects, or not as ordered will be replaced with new items.
Submit a claim within a maximum of 7 days after receiving the order by including photos/videos as proof.
2. Usage Warranty
If the product is damaged during use within the 7-day warranty period from the date of product receipt, claims can be processed after the product has been registered.
The SVRG team will verify before the warranty process is carried out.

The warranty does not apply to damage caused by misuse, improper installation, modification, impact, or use not in accordance with the instructions.
