SVRG WARRANTY

1. New Item Warranty (Wrong Item Sent / Damaged Upon Receipt)

- Products received damaged, with manufacturing defects, or not as ordered will be replaced with new items.

- Claims must be submitted within a maximum of 7 days after the order is received, along with photos/videos as proof.

2. Usage Warranty

- If the product is damaged during use within the 1-month warranty period from the date of product receipt, a claim can be processed after the product is registered.

- The SVRG team will verify before the warranty process is carried out.
