SVRG WARRANTY
1. New Item Warranty (Wrong Delivery / Damaged Upon Receipt)
- Products received damaged, with manufacturing defects, or not as ordered will be replaced with new items.
- Submit a claim a maximum of 7 days after the order is received by providing photos/videos as evidence.
2. Usage Warranty
- If the product is damaged during use within the 1-year warranty period from the date of receipt, the claim can be processed after the product is registered.
- The SVRG team will verify before the warranty process is carried out.

- The warranty does not apply to damage caused by misuse, improper installation, modification, impact, or use not in accordance with instructions.
