1. New Item Warranty (Wrong Item Sent / Damaged Upon Receipt)
- Products that are damaged, have manufacturing defects, or are not as ordered will be replaced with new items.
- Submit a claim within a maximum of 7 days after the order is received, along with photos/videos as proof.
2. Usage Warranty
- If the product is damaged during use within the 7-day warranty period from when the product is received, a claim can be processed after the product has been registered.
- The SVRG team will verify before the warranty process is carried out.
