HOW TO USE
Pumping the Ball:
1. Attach the hose to the pump. There are 2 holes and 1 hose, 1 hole for air to enter & 1 hole for pumping air into the Gym Ball.
2. Pump the ball until it is fully inflated to size. If you still see creases, pump the ball again until the air completely fills the ball.

How to Choose Ball Size:
- 55 cm ball for height below 160 cm | Pregnant condition choose 65 cm >> Max air pressure level 45–55 cm
- 65 cm ball for height 160 cm - 175 cm | Pregnant condition choose 75 cm >> Max air pressure level 55–65 cm
- 75 cm ball for height above 175 cm | Pregnant condition choose 75 cm >> Max air pressure level 65–75 cm
