SVRG WARRANTY
1. New Item Warranty (Wrong Delivery / Damaged Upon Receipt)
Products received damaged, with manufacturing defects, or not matching the order will be replaced with new items.
Submit a claim within a maximum of 7 days after receiving the order by including photos/videos as proof.
2. Usage Warranty
If the product is damaged during use within the 6-month warranty period from product receipt, the claim can be processed after the product is registered.
The SVRG team will verify before the warranty process is carried out.
