Products received damaged, with manufacturing defects, or not as ordered will be replaced with new items.
Submit a claim within a maximum of 7 days after receiving the order by including photos/videos as proof.
2. Usage Warranty
If the product is damaged during use within the 1-month warranty period from the date of product receipt, claims can be processed after the product is registered.
The SVRG team will verify before processing the warranty.

Saya mulai ikut sparring. Kapan perlu memakai head guard?
Head guard umum dipakai saat sparring atau latihan kontak agar kepala dan wajah punya lapisan bantalan. Head Guard SVRG berbahan PU di luar dengan EVA dan sponge padat di dalam, serta velcro di belakang agar tidak mudah bergeser. Ikuti juga aturan sasana atau pertandingan mengenai alat pelindung.
Bagaimana memilih ukuran M atau L?
Ukur lingkar kepala di atas alis dan telinga dengan meteran kain. Ukuran M untuk lingkar 52–57 cm dan L untuk 57–62 cm. Velcro belakang membantu menyesuaikan kerapatan.
Apakah pandangan tetap jelas saat memakai head guard ini?
