1. New Product Warranty (Wrong Item Shipped / Damaged Upon Receipt)
- Products received damaged, with manufacturing defects, or not as ordered will be replaced with new items.
- Submit claims within a maximum of 7 days after receiving the order by including photos/videos as evidence.
2. Usage Warranty
- If the product is damaged during use within the 1-month warranty period from the date of receipt, claims can be processed after the product is registered.
- The SVRG Team will verify before the warranty process is carried out.

- The warranty does not apply to damage due to misuse, improper installation, modification, impact, or use not in accordance with instructions.
