1. New Item Warranty (Wrong Item Shipped / Damaged Upon Receipt)
Products received damaged, with manufacturing defects, or not matching the order will be replaced with new items.
Submit a claim within a maximum of 7 days after the order is received by including photos/videos as proof.
2. Usage Warranty
If the product is damaged during use within the 30-day warranty period from the date of product receipt, claims can be processed after the product has been registered.
The SVRG team will verify before the warranty process is carried out.
