SVRG WARRANTY
1. New Product Warranty (Wrong Item Sent / Damaged Upon Receipt)
- Products received damaged, with manufacturing defects, or not as ordered will be replaced with new items.
- Submit a claim within a maximum of 7 days after receiving the order by attaching photos/videos as proof.
2. Usage Warranty
- If the product is damaged during use within the 12-month warranty period from the date of receipt, the claim can be processed after the product is registered.
- The SVRG team will verify before the warranty process is carried out.
- Spare part damage warranty is valid for up to 2 years according to the SVRG team's verification results.

- The warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, improper installation, modification, impact, or use inconsistent with the instructions.
