SVRG WARRANTY

1. New Product Warranty (Wrong Delivery / Damaged Upon Receipt)

Products received damaged, with manufacturing defects, or not according to the order will be replaced with new items.

Submit a claim within a maximum of 7 days after receiving the order by including photos/videos as proof.

2. Usage Warranty

If the product is damaged during use within the 12-month warranty period from the date of receipt, claims can be processed after the product is registered.

The SVRG Team will perform verification before the warranty process is carried out.
