SVRG WARRANTY

1. New Item Warranty (Wrong Item Sent / Damaged Upon Receipt)

Products received damaged, with manufacturing defects, or not as ordered will be replaced with new items.

Submit claims within a maximum of 7 days after receiving the order, accompanied by photos/videos as proof.

2. Usage Warranty

If the product is damaged during use within the 1-year warranty period from the date of receipt, the claim can be processed after the product is registered.

The SVRG team will verify before the warranty process is carried out.
