SVRG WARRANTY

1. New Product Warranty (Wrong item shipped / Damaged upon receipt)

Products received damaged, with manufacturing defects, or not as ordered will be replaced with new items.

Submit a claim within a maximum of 7 days after the order is received, with photo/video evidence.

2. Usage Warranty

If the product is damaged during use within the 1-year warranty period from the date of product receipt, a claim can be processed after the product is registered.

The SVRG team will verify before the warranty process is carried out.
