SVRG WARRANTY
1. New Item Warranty (Wrong Delivery / Damaged Upon Receipt)
Products received damaged, with manufacturing defects, or not as ordered will be replaced with new items.
Submit a claim within a maximum of 7 days after the order is received, by including photos/videos as proof.
2. Usage Warranty
If the product is damaged during use within the 7-day warranty period from the date of product receipt, the claim can be processed after the product is registered.
The SVRG Team will conduct verification before the warranty process is carried out.
