1. New Product Warranty (Wrong Item Sent / Damaged Upon Receipt)
• Products received damaged, with manufacturing defects, or not as ordered will be replaced with new items.
• Claims must be submitted a maximum of 7 days after the order is received, with photos/videos as proof.
2. Usage Warranty
