1. New Item Warranty (Wrong Item Sent / Damaged Upon Receipt)
• Products received damaged, with manufacturing defects, or not as ordered will be replaced with new items.
• Submit a claim within a maximum of 7 days after the order is received, including photos/videos as evidence.
2. Usage Warranty
• If the product is damaged during use within the 1-year warranty period from the date of product receipt, a claim can be processed after the product is registered.
