- Products received damaged, with manufacturing defects, or not as ordered will be replaced with new items.
- Submit a claim within a maximum of 7 days after the order is received, including photos/videos as proof.
2. Usage Warranty
- If the product is damaged during use within the 12-month warranty period from the date of receipt, the claim can be processed after the product has been registered.
- The SVRG team will conduct verification before the warranty process begins.
