SVRG WARRANTY
1. New Item Warranty (Wrong Item / Damaged Upon Receipt)
- Products received damaged, with manufacturing defects, or not matching the order will be replaced with new items.
- Claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order, accompanied by photos/videos as evidence.
2. Usage Warranty
- If the product is damaged during use within the 1-year warranty period from the date of receipt, the claim can be processed after the product is registered.
- The SVRG team will verify before the warranty process is carried out.

- The warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, improper installation, modification, impact, or use not in accordance with instructions.
