Single & Double Targets

SVRG. Single & Double Target comes in two different variants, Single Pad and Double Pad. Both variants are specifically designed to improve kick technique skills and confidence in taekwondo martial arts.

The Double Pad is the ideal choice for beginners / junior athletes. Consisting of two pads and having gaps between the pads, when the target is kicked, the pads will collide with each other and produce a loud sound, this sound will provide motivation, increase the user's confidence, and help them develop the sensitivity and accuracy of their kick technique.

Single Pad with one single pad, ideal for intermediate or professional athletes looking to improve their skills. When the target is kicked with proper technique, the target provides not only visual feedback, but also audible sound. However, if the kick technique is imprecise, the target will not make a sound, thus training the user to focus on the technique and accuracy of the kick.
