SVRG WARRANTY
1. New Item Warranty (Wrong Item / Damaged Upon Receipt)
Products received damaged, with manufacturing defects, or not matching the order will be replaced with new items.
Submit a claim maximum 7 days after the order is received by providing photos/videos as evidence.
2. Usage Warranty
If the product is damaged during use within the 1-month warranty period from product receipt, the claim can be processed after the product is registered.
The SVRG team will verify before the warranty process is carried out.

The warranty does not apply to damage due to misuse, improper installation, modification, impact, or use not in accordance with instructions.
